“If you are looking for a place to stay for a couple nights on a budget with nearby public transportation, I recommend this place. I will say that having more than 3 guests can feel really tight, but it wasn’t unbearable. I was adventuring primarily in the city most of the day and came back to sleep and it served its purpose. There are many concerns about the neighborhood online and by family living in the city, but I didn’t feel unsafe. I never stayed out past dark hours for extra precaution.……

“This was so convenient. A block and a half from our daughter, 3 blocks from BART. The place was very clean and well appointed. I knew it was a basement unit, but at first was surprised when entering through the garage and almost no natural light. We were using it primarily as a place to sleep so that wasn't an issue. Didn't use the advertised outdoor space--it wasn't great. However, for a clean, quiet, convenient place to stay, I recommend this. We will return.”

“My mom always wanted to stay in a San Francisco Victorian. This first floor of a beautiful home was perfect. Great location with walking distance to sweet local restaurants and bakeries. More than enough room for the two of us with the perfect amount of privacy. Property was clean and felt like home. Response from owner was swift and friendly. Would stay again! ”

“Quiet, very roomy and sparkling clean, this flat has been designed with extreme thoughtfulness for the hard-working traveller and equally well for the visiting family. I was by myself on an exhausting business trip in S.F. It has a desk, wifi good enough for video meetings and a multi-plug charger by the bed for your phone and whatever else needs charging overnight.
