“Hotel Indigo is chic, affordable, boutique hotel. The property is well-maintained, and the staff is very welcoming. It’s just a short walk from Union Station. I opted for a $10 train ride from the airport instead of an $85 Uber. This hotel is clean, convenient and comfortable; inconspicuously nice. ”

“Catbird is a very nice boutique style hotel. The rooms are cute and offer a lot of small extra conveniences like cookware, dishwasher, kettle, and more. The only downside I would be aware of is the parking can be pretty costly. It was over $100 for overnight self parking for 3 nights. Could have been even more if we used the valet. Parking is kind of far too (or at least far enough to make it inconvenient to carry bags too and from.)”

“There are two disappointing points: 1. Check-in is only available at 4PM. I was driving around and got into a small car accident, that was terrible 2. There is no dedicated parking lot and one bath towel is missing.”

Although I occasionally heard drunken pedestrians making noise at night, I stayed on the 13th floor, so it was within an acceptable range. “I'd rate our stay as good, considering we primarily used the hotel as a hub for showering and sleeping during our trip. The facilities seem a bit outdated, almost as if it were a small local hotel acquired by Best Western. On the other hand, the staff was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The daily breakfast offered several options, but they were the same every day. The rooms are old but had all the essentials we needed, except for a microwave oven. Everything else was fine.”
