“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. “This is a clean, stylish, quiet, comfortable hotel in a non-touristy community. Front desk staff were very pleasant. I had breakfast in the diner next door and it was ample and well-cooked (yay for house-made salsa and fresh coffee!). There is a Target less than half a mile away in case you forgot anything.”
