“My friend and I had a nice stay at OROROSA Lucca City Center Apartment but I am happy we were only 2 of us as 4 or 6 people in there would not have been comfortable. Please also note the apartment was advertised with 2 bathrooms - that is not true - the apartment has got 2 toilets but not 2 bathrooms - there is only one shower. For 2 people it was nice and spacious with a living area, kitchen and toilet downstairs and a double bed, 2 single beds and a bathroom upstairs. The location was perfect……

The apartment has everything you need just next door to Lucca which is a really nice walk 10 minutes next to the viaduct.Really comfortable bed fantastic terrace for eating outside on the night time with an amazing sunset love this place and I would recommend it to the next family.Thank you Dario for our stay. ”

“I had a great stay here. It was in a nice quiet area, and a good walking distance to a lot of landmarks. The room included a very thorough book with local recommendations and tips which was super helpful!”

“The morning of our stay (May 27), which I had booked and paid for on January 24, I realized I had not received check in procedures. When i messaged the host he/she messaged back that the apartment was booked that night and they didn’t know why I was allowed to book it. They did refund my purchase, but we were left scrambling for accommodations that night and it was pretty stressful.”

“The apartment is right in the centre of the city and really easy to find. Despite this it is quiet and we slept really well. There’s a lovely small balcony off one of the bedrooms with great rooftop views. It was clean, really well equipped- though with so many restaurants we didn’t really cook! We had a great time!”

“Lovely apartment in the heart of Lucca. In historical town there is no elevators in houses so be prepared to climb few steps to reach the flat. However, it's something what anyone with healthy legs and back can do. Instructions to get inside the building were clear and simple. There is a fans on the bedroom roof . Apartment itself is nice, clean and recently furnished. If someone is afraid about noice coming inside from out, I would say it's nothing extraordinary comparing to similar cities……

“I hesitate to tell anyone about this place because then everyone will want to stay at this property. It was absolutely perfect in all respects. I have never stayed at a cleaner or well equipped property. I am missing not being there. Even on a rainy day it is a great place to be looking out over the roofs of Lucca and listening to the rain, sitting in the comfortable lounge and plotting our next outing There are stairs to climb so a note of caution to those with difficulties. ”

“Accueil assez froid, très peu de contact avec les propriétaires et lorsque nous avions demandé du papier toilette, nous avons eu le droit à un grand coût de colère. Oui c'est une location mais les serviettes de toilettes et le papier hygiénique doivent être fourni non. Ma plus grande surprise, ce fut : une semaine avant notre arrivée dans ce logement Flavia, j'ai reçu un mail me demandant de payé 100 € pour les frais de ménage de fin de séjour. A payé avant notre arrivée... 100 € c'est abusé……
