“What a superb holiday apartment, pictures don’t do this place justice. We stayed for almost 2 weeks, apartment is as described but doesn’t show the lovely gardens full of fruit trees and the impeccable condition of the pool, ideal for hot summer days to cool off. Gallicano is well placed for exploring or completely relaxing, walking distance to local cafe, bakery and town is just a short 10 min walk, well equipped supermarket is a km away - can’t rate location to amenities highly……

“This was a joyful holiday stay. The apartment is spacious enough for two. And extremely well equipped. The location was delightful and surrounded by olive trees. The owner made the stay even better by being friendly, but not constantly 'checking on us'. There was the added bonus of the owner's dog wanting to sit with us while we sipped Tuscan wine in the shade in the afternoon. He wasn't 'in the way' he just wanted to be around humans. :-) The ONLY negative I can say is that the road up to the……

“Nice location in a pretty village approx 20 minutes from Lucca by car. We stayed in a private accessed Casa with two floors which had a private kitchen whilst ant the same time we were able to enjoy the shared facilities such as the tennis courts and swimming pool with the rest of the villa. Vanessa was a lovely host, very friendly and had very helpful staff upon arrival to assist us with our bags and show us to our room.
