“Verona was a beautiful, quiet property. Perfect for our purposes - attending a wedding in Potter Valley. Sandra is a great host and very responsive to our questions. The house was clean and well equipped. If you're visiting Mendocino County, I would recommend Verona. Also very close to the cute little town of Ukian.”

“We felt as though the ad for this property oversold it. This house comfortably sleeps 7 people. 3 queen beds and 1 person can comfortably sleep on the pull out couch. Luckily for us 9, we brought a couple air mattresses from home. The sectional couch springs are sticking up and it’s not even comfortable to sit on, let alone sleep. The kitchen is not stocked well, no mixing bowls or even a wine opener! The pots and pans were not sufficient and the plates are plastic. One should also mention that……

“The cabin itself was nice. We enjoyed using the hot tub and grill. The kitchen was functional and had all we needed. The layout is odd and there’s only 1 shower in the main house, but there was a bed for everyone. The backyard is great for stargazing. It’s a < 30 min drive to Mendocino, but be careful driving at night because the road is windy and it can get dangerously foggy.”

Walked to the Boonville Hotel for dinner Friday night and brought in food from their new sister restaurant on Saturday. House was very clean and convenient to town. Loved the keypad lock on front door so we didn't have to worry about a key. The large screen TV was really neat to view. Having stayed down the street at the Tolman House several times (dogs allowed there), I knew that we would be……

“Very nice. Super view. Comfortable house for our sized group - 12 adults 5 kids. I would recommend it; The house had all the amenities we needed for our stay - 3 days. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Separate areas of the house gave opportunities for small groups to form more or less privately for games or conversation. Would recommend it and would rent it again.”
