“The location and the hotel staff are the big winner of this hotel. It was so quiet and a little bit out of tourist spots but still not too far from them. Fontana delle Rane (Fountain of Frog) is literally at its door step and it’s a hidden gem! Galleria Borghese is about 15 min walk too. There are supermarkets, cafe, bars, pizzaria, cake shops, poke bowl shop etc all within 10 min walk. The staff are so welcoming and helpful too. They really made me feel at home. “Very good service! We were warmly greeted when check-in, they gave us a bottle of red wine for our honeymoon, and we had a lovely chat when check-out. The 5-stars service really makes the whole hotel stands out and impressive. We'd love to bring our children here for our anniversary in the future. :) The room is not too small given Roma standard, bathroom is bigger than I thought, breakfast is ok, wifi is pretty stable and fast. “I thought the property was exceptionally clean and comfortable to stay in. The manager, Angela, was the greatest in attentiveness and courtesy and extremely helpful. Couldn't get a better person for the position. Her personality and assistance was a definite value add to our trip. My only disappoint was the distance to the tourist attractions. Although not that far in taxi ride ( about 20 Euros) I don't think the property is a good fit for those seeking to walk about any tourist areas. But if……

“The service is terrible. The restaurant asked me to leave in 5mins while I had been waiting for my coffee for like 15mins. The neighbourhood was playing loud music until 3am but the hotel gave me a “nothing can help” attitude. I was trying extend my room, one manager told me it can be done but the other told me otherwise. ”

“我们一共定了十间房，去的时候少给我们一间房！！！酒店卫生条件还算凑合，但是位置很差离地铁也要走路很久，到TREVI Fountain要坐公车，公车等待时间很长，非常耽误时间。罗马那么多酒店，随便定其他市内三星都比这个好！！！最主要的问题，前台一个叫Boris经理态度及其恶劣。我会投诉。第一次碰到这么不配合客人的酒店经理。”
