“床不平整, 傾斜一邊, 睡起來腰很酸. 訂房時顯示有淋浴/浴缸二合一, 到了現場卻只有淋浴, 到櫃檯特別要求更換, 一開始還不願意幫我換, 我說我不能接受, 櫃台人員才勉為其難幫我換了一間. 訂房也沒有標示spa水療服務的服務時間, 結果到現場發現只到晚上九點. 我們完全沒有享受到. 浴室設計很爛, 水容易潑灑出來. ”

“飯店雖有提供免費無線網路服務,卻一直連不上線!! 然而即使飯店工作人員竭盡全力協助,最後卻仍徒勞無功. 畢竟在羅馬這個古城,即使旅客退而求其次使用自己攜帶的網路設備, 終究在石造建築的室內是完全無法接收訊號的........ 因此只能仰賴飯店提供的設備.在此強烈建議經營階層能掌握這個狀況並盡快改善. 這樣就100分囉!!”

With its convenient proximity to the Vatican, Trastevere and solid walk to the glorious Roman sites you won't be disappointed in this hidden gem. 10 out of 10 we'd recommend and repeat our stay at Hotel La Rovere. Our room was comfortable and surprisingly spacious compared to most European hotels. It was equipped with all the amenities we needed and most importantly felt clean.
