“We were in town for our son’s graduation from VCU and stayed at this property. Everything about the place and the experience with Mainstay was awesome.The place was super clean, the beds comfortable, the kitchen nice and open and the wifi was super fast. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, friendly and close enough to walk to several restaurants in minutes. Communication with the property management team was easy. “We were in town for a tournament at the convention center and looking for something walking distance. This was perfect! Less than 5 min walk. The loft had everything we could have asked for and was immaculate. Instructions for entering the loft were clear and easy to follow, as well as communication before, during and after was A+! My only suggestion is that the outside of the place was difficult to find - possibly a photo of the entrance would help! But once we found it, the rest of the stay……

“Overall a great place. Parking was not great, half of the spaces are currently not available due to construction and the shortest walk to the parking lot was through a filthy alley. Place was clean and bed very comfy. Close to VCU, FAN district and convention center but neighborhood is a little run down with many closed stores and restaurants. No issues with door lock code etc. Only window was into the atrium and had blinds but the 2 glass brick openings had none so a lot of light coming in……
