“Spent a week here while visiting family in Pasadena. Property is very clean with basic furnishings. Dedicated parking space a plus. While we did not use the kitchen except for making coffee in the morning, it could potentially use some additional things for those who do plan to eat or cook there, even as simple as salt and pepper. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area again and need a place to stay.”

“I just wanted to find a quick place for my husband to spend the night or before he went on his first trip out of town away from me in seven years. From the flavorful meals to the sparkling clean pool, the well-maintained environment, and the reliable shuttle service—every detail was thoughtfully handled and exceeded expectations. The only aspect that could use improvement was the service attitude of the night shift front desk staff, who came across as less welcoming compared to the daytime team. A bit more warmth and attentiveness during the night would truly elevate the guest experience. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families visiting Universal Studios Hollywood.
