“We had such a good time here! It was quiet and so relaxing. We made good use of the paddle board and kayaks. The water was warm and easily accessible which was great! The house was beautiful and well stocked and Abbie was so kind checking in with us to see if everything was going good or if there was anything we needed. “We loved our stay at Boyce Cottage! The location is gorgeous. You can easily access Warsaw, Lewisetta Marina, Montrose, and more. The house is really comfortable with tons of extras like kayaks, a canoe, games, grill, and more. The kitchen has all the tools and equipment you need. The owner is super responsive and helpful. “Excellent little getaway spot! The cabin is adorable, well-decorated, and well stocked with offline activities. The little AC unit really puts in work and we were never sweaty. “I absolutely loved my stay! The house was cozy, comfortable, and I felt completely safe during my time there. I especially enjoyed the peaceful sounds of nature all around. The pier was beautiful and such a relaxing spot, and the tree swing quickly became one of my favorite parts of the property. Everything about this place made it the perfect getaway. Just a small tip—bring mosquito repellent to fully enjoy the outdoors!”

“Lovely stay! Can’t be more grateful for all of the space! We enjoyed the deck and view. The downstairs area was the perfect hang out area with space for the kids to play and adults to talk. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. The water boats were a great addition the kids enjoyed in the river. Adults enjoyed taking the chairs out to the dock. A little older home, but everything seemed clean with some updates noticeable and updates in progress. We really enjoyed our time.”

“Carin & Bill were amazing hosts, from the cart service and homeade sourdough at check-in to the surprise birthday crab cakes. Their level of hospitality was by far the best we have ever received. The cabin was a perfect little get away for our birthday-versary weekend. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets right on the water. We relaxed, fished, canoed, and we able to just unplug, "Off the grid" and let the sound of the crickets and water sooth our souls. It was exactly what we needed. We cant wait……
