“The pictures don’t do the view and overall living space justice. The views are amazing along with the outdoor living area. We spent 95% of our time outside enjoying the sun, pool and amazing sunsets. Plenty of breeze to keep you cool at night. At night the star gazing is second to none. Great location to anything and everything. Marie was always happy to answer questions and provide information. Very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend Avalon Villa!! We plan to return 2026!!”

“This stay was one of the most relaxed and easy to do compared to other ones we have stayed with. The location is very private and the view is first rate. The house has everything you will need for comfort and appliances. The private pool was a first for us and will be looking forward to using this location again in the future. Driving was fairly simple but patience and courtesy go a long way here as the roads are tight and aged. The locals are about the most friendly I have encountered anywhere……

“We enjoyed our stay-overall the property is nice. The living rm & deck are comfortable, kitchen is well supplied. There are some issues to be resolved to make this 5*. There were 2 of us, we had access to the upstairs 2 bedrms. 1 of the bedroom ACs didn’t work. Property mgr got it running but it continued to drip water on bed. This was never resolved so we slept in the other room. The room with the bad AC had a comfortable bed, better air flow and was quieter. The other room had noise from local……

“Adam’s Place is the place to stay in Montserrat. We hated to leave. Ed and Rea were great to communicate with, Kristina and Sunny as property managers were exceptional. The house is superbly furnished, kitchen is amazing, and you cannot beat the sunsets as you lounge on the patio and pool. The grounds are so pretty also. Toni, the private chef, cooked us a fantastic breakfast and two awesome dinners. I wanted to take her home with me. Sunny gave us a tour of the volcano which was spectacular. We……

“The location was fabulous. The actual property could be fantastic. Many problems occurred No hot water for over a week. Poor communication with property manager. Water leaked that flooded downstairs and we had to sweep it out. Several pieces of furniture were worn out!!! Had trouble with dishwasher. No light in refrig. Most faucets need to be replaced I believe the new owners need to recheck before renting again. Leak in roof when we had heavy rain. The property was listed as 3 bedrooms and 3……
