“Lovely location and setting, rooms were clean and comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Free parking at the hotel was a bonus. Thanks very much for a lovely stay, would come back.

“Lovely hotel with very friendly and efficient staff. A little tired around the edges but the staff make up for that. Food is excellent; dinner and breakfast menus are very good. Conservatory area is lovely with nice outlook. Excellent place for a short break. ”

If you are eating there do try the rump steak it is superb.

“I liked it. Older, needs a facelift, some clean up, some kind of dressing up externally, but part of its appeal is its age so what's best to do...I'm not sure. Enjoyed my time there. I recommend it. ”
