“Omg this is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. There were a lot of bed bugs in the room. It bit me all over. very itchy. I stayed up all night looking for bedbugs and better kill three I won't be going back. This is too bad.”

“Couldn’t complete stay. The apartment reeked of marijuana and was gross. Not taken care of and not as depicted on your website. Lack of communication from owner of property. Refused to take my calls after I made them aware of the situation and that we were leaving property. Very disappointed in hotels.com for the way they handled the situation and I bough the travelers insurance and no one will refund me my money. ”

“Told them it was our 10 year anniversary but they did not seem to care. No room upgrade, no champagne in the room, and not a free anything. Could have given a voucher for a free drink at the bar, but didnt. There was free wine in the room but thats customary and not an extra. They do not tell you they charge for the wine opener and it was hard to tell what was free and what wasnt. Did I get charged for the slippers or the wine cork, etc.? The valet was pushy for tips ”

“This was such a great stay! We did not know what to expect upon arrival and this was definitely fantastic. This stay is polar opposite from our last visit to Dallas. We will be staying at The Warwick every time we visit Dallas now. Great spacious hallways, great views from the room, and what a gorgeous pool. Thank you all at The Warwick for giving us a fantastic stay. ”

“It has been my favorite hotel in Dallas and top 5 nationwide for a long time. They have improved their customer service since my last stay. The change was noticeable and the experience was sublime.”

“Our stay was lovely, but not one that is reflective of a stay at a "JW," rather than a regular Marriott. It was the little things, like providing paper cups in the room rather than real cups/mugs, no minibar, also the upholstery and carpeting was subpar, they felt cheap, not something that a top tier hotel would have. We did enjoy the beautiful rooftop downtown view.”
