“We had a comfortable stay. The weather wasn’t ideal, but we still enjoyed. The beds were comfortable and although the kitchen space is tiny, it’s well equipped to make breakfast tacos or heat food up. The ladder to the bed is pretty steep, but fine during the day. It only made me nervous going to the bathroom in the night. ”

“The house was comfy overall. The couch was a bit hard to get out of as it was low and soft. The heater made weird noises all night and I wished I had brought my white noise machine. But once I got used to it all- it was great! I felt safe in the neighborhood and it was close to everything. ”

“This property was perfect for my family with 3 kids, five years old and younger. The inside is clean and beautiful with many thoughtful touches. And the outside is serene and spacious, with front and back porches to relax on and watch the kids play. We loved the feeling of being out in the country while having the conveniences of a full kitchen and a thoughtfully furnished space. The owners are wonderful - quick to respond to messages and so kind and considerate! Loved, loved, loved!”

“This is wonderful place, but needs better description of house. The beds upstairs in one bedroom, had no top sheets, just bedspreads, and top bunks not good for adults due to ladders. Nothing major, I’m sure they will get it stocked in time, or at least tell perspective tenants to bring their own cup towels, dish clothes, pot holders etc. trash cans in bathrooms, for price per night this should be a 5 star listing in our opinion. “I traveled to Waco with two friends that had not been to Magnolia Market. Check in Friday was easy. The house looks just like the pictures, very comfortable for the three of us. Our host texted me several times while we were there to check on us. The location of the house made it easy to go to the Market and restaurants and bars that had been recommended to us. I would definitely book this property again.”

“This is a clean, well decorated and spacious property! We stayed 3 nights and were very comfortable. The back area has a park like setting and the neighbor has a very adorable little dog. It is only 5 minutes from downtown which was our main destination. Very nice place!”
