“We were supposed to have a golf cart on property for the length of our stay. It was there but died after we got half way to clubhouse. Others in the area told us the owner knew it didn’t work but didn’t fix it. We ended up pushing it back after it died on the way to club house which put my husband in er with back issues. Property manager said owner replaced batteries and called others trouble makers. Common sense said they didn’t replace battery. Clubhouse was supposed to be open, all locked up.……

“Turning on the cable TV was required calling the cable company there was no output button on the remote.”

“It was secluded from the busyness. It was a greay cottage with great amenities. Loys of pros. However there are some cons. Very strict speed limit of 15 mph, i got pulled over for going 18..almost got a $500.00 fine. They also have a strict no smoking policy. Not even outside. $500.00 fine for that as well. You do have to do a lot more cleaning before checkout compared other places as well. Its really 50/50. Its a great place, great stay, just a few strict things to get by.”
