“SoCal vacation was absolutely great from the beginning. Before booking, I had a few questions, and they were great and very prompt when answering them. Also showed some flexibility on some of our needs, which was very good to see. Unfortunately, as we got closer to the stay, there were some issues with the house we had originally booked, but they were prompt to notify us of this and offer several options. “At first I was very skeptical after reading the previous review saying how horrible the place was. I messaged the host a few days prior to our arrival to make sure that the house is clean and ready for us. The day of our check in, I was very surprise of how clean the house was. Everything was just like the pictures!! The place is not super new but was comfortable enough to accommodate all of us. There were so many extra blankets and pillows in all the closets. “The house is amazing! Everyone was extremely comfortable and we had plenty of space for all of us (adults and children.) The kitchen was so much fun to cook in. The kids loved the game room upstairs. The lower floor had a kid's room with tons of toys. There was something for everyone. Very clean and the team was super responsive whenever we reached out. I would suggest noting that the property is on a private road so it doesn't always come up in the navigation apps. We had a bit of trouble……
