“We had a very nice stay in room 4. Steve was very welcoming. Everything was perfectly clean. The room itself is a bit dated, but the bed very comfy. The bathroom is fantastic, very spacious and looks like new. The house is very close to many restaurants in downtown area, and to Centennial park by the lake. We enjoyed our coffee in the morning on the patio. Thank you, Steve!”

“This unit isn’t anything special; cheaply renovated, poorly decorated, oddly shaped. The toilets are sensitive, so we were instructed to not flush toilet paper and the shower didn’t drain properly. We found evidence of mice in the kitchen. We didn’t have enough towels for our group. However, otherwise we had all we needed, including a washer and dryer and two bathrooms. The beds were comfortable, though lacked top sheets. Overall it was okay for the short stay when there was nothing else……

“Stayed at this cottage for a 3 night getaway. Since the cottage is only 2 years old, everything is new, clean, comfortable and very bright. Great location right on the water, which made it a great spot to watch the boats go by, and spectacular sunsets. Grocery store and Walmart are only 5 minutes away, as are other stores, and restaurants.”

“The cabins are situated nicely for the main beach, communication was excellent, nice and quiet after 11pm, BBQ was great. Cabin was meh okay, for a place to store your stuff. The beds were horrible, the pull out was a typical pull out, hard, with springs sticking up. The bed in the bedroom was not good at all, if you sit on the edge at the end of the bed, the head of the bed goes flying up. Booking through airbnb cost us 661 for a 2 nights stay. “Our stay is great. The place is nice and clean. It is a one bedroom and a bachelor which works great for us because we travelled with our friend and she had her own private space. Kids love the swimming pool. We did treetop trekking which is just 7 mins drive from the place. I also recommend going to Elmvale Jungle Zoo, which is just 18mins drive. ”

"I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas."
