“This is a great property. It's a little rural but still close to Franklin. We stayed a week and were wonderfully surprised by the quality and attention to detail. Judy has provided everything you need including fresh eggs from the hen house. It's quiet and has a very comfortable bed. During the storms they even invited us to their home to shelter. ”

“Mr. Mark met us at the car and helped unload our luggage into the cottage. The cottage is so cute and we had more than plenty of room. The neighborhood was a gem. We loved how close we were to all the shops and how quiet it was. We hope to stay there again”

“Such a cute little private space a few minutes drive from downtown. I surprised my boyfriend for his birthday with a long weekend trip to Nashville and this was the perfect place for us to stay during our trip. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. 100% recommend. ”

“It’s a cute unit behind the owner’s home. The yard is beautiful, but the parking & set-up awkward. The owner wasn’t interested in providing input— so we just did our best to figure it out (during our 6-day stay). The shower has serious wood-rot beneath it - & needs significant work. ”

“Property was just as described. We appreciated the little details like quality toilet paper! Beds and pillows were comfy. Ceiling fan was nice to have in the bedroom, as well as a vanity/desk with mirror and a full length mirror behind the door. Luggage rack and lots of hangers in the closet. Plenty of towels, hair dryer with a diffuser, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were in the bathroom. Great communication from Alece! Thanks!”

“The grounds are enchanting! Full of peaceful nature, with a creek at the foot of the property. The guest house provided all essential needs, very comfortable, welcoming and crystal clean. It is a hidden gem! ”

“My husband and I enjoyed staying in this private apartment separated from the main house. We had our own entrance; parking space and it was not connected to the main house. The instructions were perfect on getting in and out. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again the next time we travel to Nashville. ”
