“Mr. Mark met us at the car and helped unload our luggage into the cottage. The cottage is so cute and we had more than plenty of room. The neighborhood was a gem. We loved how close we were to all the shops and how quiet it was. We hope to stay there again”

“Close to restaurants, shops and Nissian Stadium (we were in town for a two night concert). Parking was easy and never had any issues finding a spot on 9th St. Ubered to the stadium and walked home afterwards. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Property was cozy and perfect for our needs. Really enjoyed our stay.”

“Very cute and comfortable place to stay in a beautiful neighborhood with a private yard. A great area to walk our dog, too, with a creek nearby. The property is as it looks in the listing. Easy to get to everything you need. We enjoyed our stay (and the friendly little dogs on the property who welcomed us. They like belly rubs! )”

“Josh was very communicative and helpful throughout my 5 day visit. I would definitely re-book with him for another stay at this property if and when I make it back to Nashville. It is a short Uber Ride to all the sites Downtown. The Hot Tub was a nice way to unwind after the Pearl Jam Concerts. ”

“Perfect location to explore Columbia or really anywhere in Middle TN (pro tip: grab a coffee at Muletown Coffee in the Square). Quiet neighborhood with super clear instructions on how to access the back home. There is a shared driveway with the front home but plenty of space if both units are being used. ”

“Property was just as described. We appreciated the little details like quality toilet paper! Beds and pillows were comfy. Ceiling fan was nice to have in the bedroom, as well as a vanity/desk with mirror and a full length mirror behind the door. Luggage rack and lots of hangers in the closet. Plenty of towels, hair dryer with a diffuser, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were in the bathroom. Great communication from Alece! Thanks!”

“The grounds are enchanting! Full of peaceful nature, with a creek at the foot of the property. The guest house provided all essential needs, very comfortable, welcoming and crystal clean. It is a hidden gem! ”

“Pros: Place was roomy. Clean bathroom and comfortable bed. One parking spot right next to entrance. Good host, prompt to respond. Quite neighborhood. Cons: Exterior lighting only worked some nights. When it did work it was so dim it didn’t matter. It made it hard to get into the place when we first arrived. There was dog and human hair on the sheets. ”
