“Property was nice and clean. Access to everything was good. The train bridge near the property was not terrible, just somewhat loud and many trains went over it.”

“We had an amazing time in Nashville! the only reason why i give 4 stars for location would be if you wanted to be able to walk to downtown. we took ubers and lyfts which could get pricey. Although the property was clean and had everything you could need even including a little gift basket with some chips, water and wine! Towels and sheets were so conveniently included! They even had coffee which my best friend loved!! From the makeup remover cloths to the q-tips in the bathroom this place was……

“Great location! Plenty of space for 4 people, thought 12 might be a bit tight. Bathrooms were spacious. Host communication was great … the AC went out and it was fixed before we came back from exploring.I do wish the bedrooms had curtains to block the light from the streetlights and parking lot lights. Might also dampen the noise from the busy street outside.”

“Great place, we had 6 ladies for CMA fest. Loved the openness of living room and kitchen. Outdoor furniture needs updating as it was mildewed. And 2 green chairs need replacing. Feel like they are wobbly.”

More than sufficient parking, within walking distance of Broadway, safe neighborhood, perfect for 2 and can easily accommodate 4. No complaints at all and would definitely stay here again if we make a return trip to Nashville.”

“I was worried about the main door being a little loose when we first arrived, but the property owner ensured us it was okay and safe, once locked there was also a camera at the front door. When I first arrived my sister and I were a little confused about the check in and how to retrieve the parking passes. When I first got to the front entry I noticed a combination lock on the side, but it looked to be old, however it displayed the lock code for the front door, I changed it to all zero and……
