“My wife and I were on a short weekend get-a-way at the end of the holiday season. We had long wanted to visit the Franklin area and we called this short visit a reconnaisance trip to check it out. “Loved this cozy carriage house! Pics are 100% accurate. Neighborhood is fabulous- quick walk to coffee spots, bars, restaurants, shopping. Easy access to main roads to get everywhere in Nashville. Reserved parking spot is great. Bed & furniture was all very comfortable. TV worked well and it was easy to sign into our own YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon accounts. No problems with wifi. We only used sink and Keurig coffee maker, but all other kitchen appliances seemed to be new and functioning……

“The property was clean, conveniently located to person we were visited, and mostly comfortable. Only 2 comments: 1) The air conditioner/heater fan is very loud and can't be turned down unless temperature is lowered. 2) The bedside lamps have a solid cover, which prevents enough light for reading in bed. ”

“I spent 12 nights in this very clean and beautiful apartment in February. My 90 year old mom was a patient at Vanderbilt University Hospital and this studio is an easy and safe 1/2 mile walk to the hospital. The bed was very comfortable. The linens and towels were great quality - so many rentals skimp on these items - not here! The kitchen was extremely clean. I cooked breakfast there every morning. There is a Kroger's about .3 of mile away. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, kitchen……
