It was close to all the trendy spots in East Nashville and a short drive to just about anything you would want to do. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. “This is a great property. It's a little rural but still close to Franklin. We stayed a week and were wonderfully surprised by the quality and attention to detail. Judy has provided everything you need including fresh eggs from the hen house. It's quiet and has a very comfortable bed. During the storms they even invited us to their home to shelter. ”

“Such a cute little private space a few minutes drive from downtown. I surprised my boyfriend for his birthday with a long weekend trip to Nashville and this was the perfect place for us to stay during our trip. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. 100% recommend. ”

“It’s a cute unit behind the owner’s home. The yard is beautiful, but the parking & set-up awkward. The owner wasn’t interested in providing input— so we just did our best to figure it out (during our 6-day stay). The shower has serious wood-rot beneath it - & needs significant work. ”

“The location was perfect. I slept great on the memory foam mattress even though I don’t usually sleep on memory foam. Great place to stay for one or two people. It’s so close to restaurants and shops but still in a quiet neighborhood. ”

“My daughter and I were visiting Belmont, and it was a quick drive to campus. If the weather had been better, we would have walked. Just down the road from the location is a great place to shop, eat, and walk around. We did not go to the strip, but it would have been a short drive. Definitely will stay again.”

“My husband and I enjoyed staying in this private apartment separated from the main house. We had our own entrance; parking space and it was not connected to the main house. The instructions were perfect on getting in and out. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again the next time we travel to Nashville. ”
