“Loved our stay! Perfect spot for a Nashville getaway. The location was amazing, just a short, walkable distance to Broadway but still quiet enough to relax. The space was ideal for a couple, with a cozy bed, great little kitchen, and excellent A/C (huge plus in the summer!). We arrived a bit early and were lucky to run into a friendly hotel manager who let us in a little before 4, such a nice surprise! Everything about the stay was easy and convenient, especially using the Sonder app to access……

“Location was great - we could walk to most places. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Building was secure and we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend. ”

“We didn't know Sunday was closed because Expedia did not tell us. We arrived late and didn't know how to enter. After spending the night in another hotel, we asked In Town Suites to refund our first night. They did so with ease. They were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. There are not cooking utensils, plates, silverware or dish soap, but there are towels and toilet paper for the first week.”

“Great communication with the property management. Our room was nice and getting into it was quite modern (TouchPads). Great spot, near good food and shops. Recommend!”

“CozySuites provided nice sized rooms and equipment. Loved the coffee, Laundry detergent, and in room washer/ dryer. The folks who manage this property are not local which made delayed assistance at check in when I was having trouble with the app. ”
