This is a ground floor unit that's a garage conversion, just a sink & min refrigerator (with microwave, tea pot & Keurig) in the living area. 2 bedrooms & 2 baths with comfortable beds & refinished bathrooms. Master has ensuite, finishings are nice. Just note this isn't a place to cook meals or have much more than a movie night with……

“It was an interesting property . The room was as pictured. It would have been nice to have somewhere to put our luggage in the room and a night table on either side of the bed. It was very clean and comfortable just very very small. Great location for public transportation ”

“Nested in the heart of Potrero Hill, this place literally made us fall in love with San Francisco! The place itself is pretty roomy and quite charming, the Neighborhood is beautiful and very welcoming. There’s a bus stop on the corner which Will bring you Downtown in about 30mins for only 3/day!
