“The place was perfect for a home base during Outside Lands. There was plenty of street parking in addition to being able to park in the garage. Place was clean and bed was very comfortable. This is a basement apartment below other living quarters and we were pleased with the insulation/minimal noise from above. Communication with host leading up to and during stay was great. We would stay here again if/when we are visiting SF. Howard was very welcoming and gave great recommendations of……

“Amazing location and amazing views! My kids loved the ‘secret garden’ and the cats. The flat was well located for all the things we wanted to do. The place has everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Robert was a welcoming host and checked in to see if we needed anything. The decor is a little dated, but it doesn’t matter because you will be looking out the windows all the time. We would absolutely stay there again!”

“We had to book this location a day before we made it out there so I was nervous about what we were getting into but it was perfect! I must mention that we did not have AC in the unit we stayed in and coming from the south, that was very unusual. Little did we know, you didn’t even need AC! The ceiling fans were enough and kept us COLD as we slept! The host was responsive and very helpful! ”
