This is a basement apartment below other living quarters and we were pleased with the insulation/minimal noise from above. Communication with host leading up to and during stay was great. “I was only there for one evening. I wanted to be close to the Oakland airport for my Monday mid morning flight to avoid traffic. It’s a perfect place for that. No need to get on the freeway and just a short 4-5 mile drive down the hill. Very pretty area too. Oh and the water pressure for the shower was awesome and heats up quick. Thank you again for a very convenient and peaceful stay! I will stay again when in the area. ”

Park Street in Alameda has it all. Easy into San Francisco on the ferry or a short car ride. The place has everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Robert was a welcoming host and checked in to see if we needed anything. The decor is a little dated, but it doesn’t matter because you will be looking out the windows all the time. We would absolutely stay there again!”
