“I don't think the location could get any better! Right downtown behind the shops, right next to the bakery and coffee shop. This was the perfect little cabin to stay at. Nice and clean, two AC units that kept it nice and cool. We would definitely plan to stay here again. We also had access to a pool which was a huge hit with my kids. ”

“We truly loved our stay here. The cabin is so cozy and you cannot beat being on Lake Huron. The sunroom was our favorite place to cuddle and play games. Our kids loved swimming and jumping waves in the clean lake water. Just an FYI- no AC and not many windows have screens but being on the lake made it comfortable. ”

“Great stay during our family trip to the UP! Our family loved the game room and lake in the background. Quiet and beautiful. There were leaches in the water so we stayed to the shore except when using the paddle boat and kayak. Also, the water smells like sulfur or copper but I’m guessing that’s due to the rural area so we didn’t mind. ”

“We truly enjoyed our stay! The cabin was the perfect size for our group, and the kids absolutely loved spending time at the lake. We appreciated being within walking distance to a great restaurant and just a short drive to Mackinac and other attractions. The board games and cards were a fun touch for our evenings together. It was also so nice to have basic amenities provided—and the extra snacks were a thoughtful bonus. Highly recommend!”

“When I say this home, location, and ambience was perfect, I mean it! The tranquility of the area, the beautifully renovated home, and the peace all of us felt was just what we all hoped for in this vacation. 4 adults and 3 children….we had plenty of space, area to explore, and the view was breathtaking! Inside and out! ”

“The host was great and a good communicator. The lake is lovely and the owner provides kayaks, paddles and life vests for the guests. The property was clean. AC worked. My only advice for future guests is to know the bathroom is small. Kitchen is small and basic, but we were able to make a nice, basic meal of spaghetti and breakfasts as well.”

“This property was very clean and had more than we expected! The back deck and fire pit area were perfect spots to relax and enjoy the lake. We had a blast with the kayaks, water mat and floaties provided! The location is perfect too! Quiet area with a couple restaurants and market close by and only a ten minute drive to Mackinaw City.”
