“This was our second year gathering at the Larks Lake Lodge and yet again it did not disappoint. Winter or summer, It’s a perfect fit for large groups or families. The kids love the paddle boat and room to play both outside and in. ”

“Great location and lovely setting. This was a well stocked cabin with all the necessary items to make for a comfortable stay. Very easy access to area attractions, a great home base for day trip travels. Being directly on the water was a super peaceful place to have coffee in the morning and lay on the dock at night to sky watch. ”

“The cottage was very cute and comfortable with lots of amenities. We enjoyed the private beach and the lovely lake view. We had some trouble with the key not working, but the owner was very responsive and helped us figure it out, even though it was very late at night! Be aware that unless you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle, you will be carrying all your belongings up 2 flights of deck stairs or up a very steep drive. This would not be good for someone with bad knees - unless you have 4 wheel drive……

“What a great stay! From the moment we walked in everything was accessible. Easy check in as well. The owners even left us a little welcome goodie bag, which is a nice little touch upon arriving. “The host was great and a good communicator. The lake is lovely and the owner provides kayaks, paddles and life vests for the guests. The property was clean. AC worked. My only advice for future guests is to know the bathroom is small. Kitchen is small and basic, but we were able to make a nice, basic meal of spaghetti and breakfasts as well.”
