“We loved staying at Ashley’s. It was so peaceful on the water. We didn’t want to leave the house. We loved that it was so well equipped. We enjoyed the fishing rod and kayaks also. Great place! ”

“There are so many wonderful things to say about this beautifully maintained property. The positives were 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 2 refrigerators (one by the pool), ice machine, lots of seating on outside porches, large pier w/motorized lift platform to get in and out of the water, luckily a backup generator (we had a bad storm while we were there), pool is shallow and great for water walking, beautiful views from the inside and outside, great crab traps, very safe fire pit, most well equipped……

“We knew that April would be an iffy monlh to rent, but the weather did cooperate. The water was too cold and it was extremely windy but we did get to sit on the beach one day, fly kites and play in the sand on other days. Beautiful view, beautiful home. Lots of toys/books for our 4 grandchildren to play with. The bedrooms were very spacious and the kitchen provided lots of room for all of us.”

“We loved spending our girls' weekend at High Tide, a beautiful home so close to everything charming about Irvington! The bedrooms were spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with anything we needed, and we gathered around the dining room table when we weren't sitting in front of the fireplace. If the weather had been better, we would have spent time outside on the patio. We would definitely return to this perfect gem of a home! ”

“My husband and I booked this location as our weekend resting place for ourselves, my son and his wife and my mom. We were in Northern Neck for the weekend as our daughter was getting married. At the last minute, her venue fell through. Thankfully, our wonderful host allowed us to have her ceremony on-site. We had only a few guests but the home, view, pier, deck…all of it was just so fantastic. Our youngest daughter was married with the most spectacular views of the Potomac as her backdrop. Her……

“What a wonderful property--Eleven of us stayed at this beautiful, waterfront home and enjoyed it so much. Loved the floorplan of the house, the gorgeous outdoor space and fire pit, the beach, the sunroom area, and the location. Home is well-maintained and was very clean. The owner is friendly, and was responsive to all of our needs; He sent me several helpful messages to prepare for our stay.
