“We stayed here for our son’s graduation. It is a ten minute ride from Cortland and nice and quiet. Do not let the outside full you as it could use some help. The owners have thought of everything they could possibly do on the inside. The Murphy bed on the main floor is a fantastic alternative to a pull out sofa. Excellent communication from the owners. “The carpet in the hall is blue but so threadbare it is white before each door. The windows you can barely see out of they are so dirty. The wallpaper is falling off the wall with many dings and dents in the walls, lampshades. 5 pillows and one was yellowish. A huge rip in my curtains. rips on the chair at the desk. Hard to believe this place is 170 a night. Very disappointed to stay here.”

“I chose to stay at this hotel during my daughter's Cornell graduation season, as all the nearby hotels had skyrocketed their prices. Fortunately, this hotel still offered a very reasonable rate. The rooms at the hotel were spacious and incredibly comfortable. However, what truly touched our hearts was the hotel owner who generously gifted us with several wonderful graduation mementos. It was an unforgettable and heartwarming experience that exceeded all expectations.”

“Customer Service at its BEST! The staff at Collegiate care about their guest’s experience! The friendly staff answered all of my questions and were accommodating to all of my needs. Being from out of state, I was put at ease in getting around with their informative staff - Monica, Stephanie and shuttle staff Fred and Sara. I can’t wait to visit again soon! Oh! And it is close to SU, clean, with all the amenities too!”
