“We were a group of seven adult friends and also had another seven guests visit for a sort of reunion event. This house is an open concept with plenty of space to enjoy inside. The best part about this house was the side and back yards as well as a porch deck with a picnic table and a roof. Given the space and dates we stayed, we would highly recommend this place to all kinds of of people/groups to rent. I should also add that this house is a great value and for sure we will very likely return……

“The farmhouse is exactly as pictured and described- it's cute, it has charm, it has creaky floors! If you're a light sleeper, be aware you'll hear the floors! I would suggest bringing a child gate or two for the stairs or a bedroom for younger kids. Ann, the owner, makes check-in super easy. The street is quiet and peaceful. The drive to Taghannock Falls Park and the viewing site are super close. Getting to downtown Ithaca took only about 15 minutes including time to park. Nice place to……

“This is an old farmhouse with lots of character. The bedrooms are large, the beds comfy. The kitchen is well-stocked. It is a 15 minute walk to town (on the lakefront) but you get to walk by beautiful homes and gardens. Lacy is a very responsive landlord. Would not hesitate to return.”

“This was the best-stocked rental we have ever stayed in. Perfect location in the middle of so many different activities, hiking, good wine, and good food. Joyce was very responsive and helpful. We would absolutely come back. We enjoyed time on the water, especially on their brand new deck that was perfect for stargazing. ”

“We absolutely loved our stay at the farmhouse. The property is beautiful. The house has been renovated with all the modern fixtures and amenities, but they managed to retain the charm of the old farmhouse. Everywhere in the house was spotless, and the beds felt fresh and comfortable. The house was right next to a brewery and just past that was a winery, both of which served food. This made it so easy for us to grab a meal or a drink and not have to worry about getting in the car. It was the……
