“Perfect escape on the lake! Location was perfect, views amazing, home spotless, comfortable and stocked with everything you could need. Check in smooth, as was all communication with our host. Beautiful dock, beach area with plenty of seating, kayaks and floats. We would definitely visit again and would recommend this beautiful lakefront home. Wonderful home and location for a family vacation.”

“This is an old farmhouse with lots of character. The bedrooms are large, the beds comfy. The kitchen is well-stocked. It is a 15 minute walk to town (on the lakefront) but you get to walk by beautiful homes and gardens. Lacy is a very responsive landlord. Would not hesitate to return.”

“We were a group of seven adult friends and also had another seven guests visit for a sort of reunion event. This house is an open concept with plenty of space to enjoy inside. The best part about this house was the side and back yards as well as a porch deck with a picnic table and a roof. “Beautiful property with exquisite view of the lake and a large backyard to relax and play games. Host was easy to work with for any questions. House is unique - was fun to take walks and see other properties in the area as well. 10 of us stayed and there was plenty of room. Only negatives (small) were that the kitchen was not huge and cupboard/refrigerator space for food was limited. An additional half bath would also be great, as 2 full bathrooms for 10 people presented a few challenges at……

“The property met our expectations; the location was centrally located for the attractions we had on our list for this area of the Finger Lakes. We enjoyed the State Parks and the many different waterfalls. Also, visited the Rose Hill Mansion.One very minor suggestion, provide a small sauce pan. Since we drove to the area, I brought some food items with me so that we did not have to eat out every night. A small sauce pan would have help with "spaghetti night." ”

“Super walkable to Aurora Brewery and nearby Longpoint Winery. There are some friendly cats that live at the brewery and hung out with us in the backyard when we played croquet. The house was clean and charming!”

“We were not aware or informed prior to our stay of extreme water leak damages, uncleaned toilets /bathroom, broken bed, fire pit, pool, hot tub (waiting on a piece), poor water systems and smell. We had to purchase cleaning supplies, bedding and water for cooking, washing dishes and to brush our teeth to sustain during our committed stay. “During our week long vacation we stayed at a different vacation rental each night. This was our favorite without a doubt. The property was very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet. The hosts were very kind and even helped us on our way with a small issue with our vehicle. If we visit Palmyra again we will be staying here.”
