The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed, and the downstairs area with arcade and games was non stop entertainment for the entire family. We enjoyed the fire pit with lots of chairs and could even see Lake Cayuga from our windows and front porch. We were close to the local marina to rent a pontoon and close enough to all the fun in Ithaca. The house is 55 minutes away from Watkins glen making it a perfect spot to see……

“My friends and I had a 3 night stay at this property during our trip to the Finger Lakes. It was clean, well decorated, and modern. We had a lot of fun playing ping pong and foosball! The hosts were great about responding to any questions/concerns and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay and were able to relax. We definitely recommend a stay here! ”

“The place was beautiful and in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay. ”

“The place is excellent. We had one small hiccup about the dog but all in all everything went well after communicating the issue with the owner of the place. The place itself is very clean, amazing lake views and nice neighbours. It is located right in between Watkins Glen and Geneva. So we had chance to visit both sides of the lake. Highly recommend ! ”

“Close to town, restaurants, and wineries. The unit is in a converted garage behind the main house with a DIY vibe that's basic, but functional. Nothing fancy, but comfortable. ”

The personal touches and b&b feel of the properties is extremely charming & welcoming. We had a great stay! This is a beautiful property, within close proximity to several of our favorite local wineries/food spots, lake access for the dog and a provate dock. “A group of my friends and I stayed here for a long weekend. It was right on the water and was beautiful. The host provided a lot of great information leading up to this day. They have a park pass that you can borrow and they had firewood available if you wanna stay in and have a fire. I would definitely recommend this stay to large groups. ”

“The littlest one thought the water around the dock was heaven. The older kids enjoyed tubing in the middle of the lake. A great place to enjoy the water.”

We didn’t get to swim as it was early May though. House has a ton of room and has everything you need to make it a comfortable stay.
