“We loved the property. If i could give one criticism, it would be that there needs to be more outdoor furniture. Dining table, a few side tables and definitely some lounge chairs. The pool was so refreshing, the hot tub was great at night and in the early mornings. Our host was fantastic and great communication. ”

“We had a wonderful time at this house. It was perfect for families who want their own space but also have common areas to accommodate meals and fun together. The area was beautiful - lots to explore around the finger lakes. Host response was excellent and it was exactly as described. ”

“Our second year in this house and it was just as memorable and accommodating as the last. The owners are extremely responsive. The property is perfect for families with kids as the water is a stones throw from the beautiful porch. Our favorite aspect of the home is the set of rocking chairs that line the porch - perfect for viewing sunsets or watching the kids while they swim/fish. Large kitchen island (seats 6 I believe) is great for card games after dinner and morning coffee. Highly recommend!”

“We had a great vacation with 3 generations of our family, meeting in the middle between our homes in Ohio & NH. Beautiful home with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy amazing views of the lake from so many of the rooms, comfortable furniture, lovely deck for relaxing, a sturdy dock and kayaks! Our host, Ric, responded quickly to any questions. AND, he searched the house for a very precious stuffed animal that one of our granddaughters left behind & will mail it to us! She will be SO happy……

“Lovely house on the northwest shore of Cayuga Lake. Well-lit spaces, comfortable bed and beautiful view of the lake from the rear sunroom. It's an old house so there are some quirks re shower water pressure & temp. Easy drive to public boat launch. It was our first time in the Finger Lakes region and we had a great time. ”

“Large family traveling together for a wedding. The house fit our needs perfectly with number of rooms and beds and bathrooms. Very clean. Owner was attentive to our needs. Space was well suited for entertaining other guests and extended family who was also staying in town. Nice, safe and friendly neighborhood and located within 15 minutes of all the places we needed to be.”
