“The hotel and room was clean and fresh. After 9:30pm there was no one at the front desk. The iron in the room did not work, and the toilet made a loud noise when you flush it. When I checked out the next morning at 6:am, there was no one at the front desk. I had to put my key cards in a drop box.”

“My recent stay at the La Quinta Inn & Suites in Morgan City, Louisiana, was unfortunately marred by a number of significant issues that made for a less than comfortable experience. While the bed itself offered a decent night's sleep, the numerous shortcomings throughout the rest of the room and hotel were quite disappointing.
