You might wish to stop and unload heavy luggage at the door even though the carpark is just a stone throw’s away. Will revisit when in town.”

“We didn’t get the room we had originally booked due to a booking error but the room we had was still a good room and the host did his best to make up for the difference. The location is excellent and the host gives extra directions for navigating the town and made great recommendations for things to do in the surrounding area as well. ”
“This is a multi-generational family-run property and they make you feel like family. It is just outside Piazza Amerina and a few minutes drive from the must-see Villa Romana. So much easier than trying to drive to and park at a hotel in the city. Parking is free. There is a restaurant onsite, which is also where you check in/out. The bed was comfy and the room & bathroom were spacious. Everyone from the owner & his mother to the extended family and cleaning staff treated us warmly. ”
“The room was nice. Had everything we needed. Language barrier aside, the staff were friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Our passports were held overnight which was disconcerting, but normal I hear. My only complaint is the motion sensor light in the stairwell shut off mid staircase leaving us to use our cell phone lights to get up to our room.”
“The pictures on the website look very welcoming and clean. In person this room was pretty much the crappiest stay of my life. The bed was so incredibly uncomfortable. the sheets were hopefully clean but the blanket had a white substance on it. The room smelled so bad of dust and chemicals it burned my nose all night and I was Ike up with a horrible headache that I can’t get rid of. The room was renovated 8 years ago but it is not kept up… definitely not cleaned properly for a nightly rental.……
“Het ligt op een mooie plaats lekker rustig het is heel stil ‘s nachts. Het heeft een prachtig zwembad met lekkere luie stoelen en zit stoelen en parasolletjes. De kamer is prima het bed is goed. de eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij raden dit aan. ”
