“Very pretty view!! The property has more wear and tear than shown in the pictures. It could use another full bathroom in the bottom floor (replacing the small gym with a full bathroom would be perfect). It also needs some hook on bedroom walls that don’t have closets. The current owner recently purchased the property so I bet some up-dates are coming. We did have a great time and the host was very quick to respond. ”

“The location was perfect for our weekend around the Toccoa River! At the ‘campground’ there is a pond and creek for fishing, which was a huge plus for us! If you are a light sleeper, beware that the downstairs mattress is veryyy squeaky. Also, we never quite figured out how to work the AC. If you go in the summer, be sure to figure that out as soon as you check in. It wasn’t a big deal for us as the weather was pleasant and we just opened the windows while sleeping. “House and property beautiful oven and toaster oven did not work ac did not really work on upper level unless rest of house was freezing cold power went out when went to circuit board to reset open door to huge electrical bolt scared the s out of me if these items were fixed though best experience of our families lives.”
