“This was the perfect mountain home for my wife and myself to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The view from the house was spectacular. Although it is secluded the shops and restaurants of Hiawassee are not far away. Watching the sunset over the mountains from the hot tub was the perfect way to end the day.”

“Beautiful house with a gorgeous view. Very clean & neat. Quiet location. I would just suggest a couple of small cookie sheets and blinds on the side porch to come a third of the way down to enjoy the afternoon view without being blinded by the sun. We suggest taking food with you to prepare since it is quite a drive to go eat out. But we love the place.”

“Cabin is super cute and cozy! Easy to get to and still secluded to enjoy the peace of the woods. Centrally located to Blue Ridge and Ellijay area. Only suggestions would be to move grill to upper deck for ease of access and to add some sharp steak knives :) Love the decor of the cabin. - super clean and a wonderful place to visit! ”

“We were thoroughly impressed with this property — it was warm, luxurious, and exceptionally clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax.Just a note: the pullout couch wasn’t functional, but with the cabin being so spacious and having plenty of couches and sleeping areas, it wasn’t an issue at all. We were so comfortable that we barely wanted to leave, though downtown is just a quick 20-minute drive away.Melanie was extremely responsive and welcoming throughout our stay.……

“Just as shown in the photos. Comfortable bed and living room furniture. The furniture on the balcony could use a little TLC but it was fine. You can walk to everything in town. Helen GA is worth a visit if you have never been there! ”

“The cabin was beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked with pretty much whatever you needed. It is located in the middle of Blue Ridge GA and Ellijay GA with are both very cute little towns. The Blue Ridge train ride was fun as well. Very relaxing.”

“This cabin was the perfect escape for my family. We enjoyed fishing, hiking, and sitting on the pirch swing listening the the river flowing and the bird singing. It was so peaceful! Definitely way away from any town so I was glad we took advice and brought groceries with us. We had everything we need to cook at the cabin and enjoy family time.”

“The climb to the property is unnerving with steep dropoffs the entire way up and down. I think letting people know that the drive includes a narrow road winding the side of small mountain would have been helpful, especially since it was raining when we showed up. Also, there is only one parking place. If that doesn't bother you, everything else was absolutely amazing and fantastic and true about the property!”
