“The house was exactly as described online. Clean and comfortable for our entire family. The owner was extremely responsive to all of our requests. The beautiful pool and patio was the highlight of our stay. Adults and kids loved it.”

House was nice, comfortable, & clean when arrived. Only thing is I could not figure out the AC/Heat system & there was no dustpan with the broom. They have a nice basement area & sleeping space. “Lovely setting overlooking the Illinois river. Plenty of beds, bathrooms, and seating for our family reunion. The fireplaces indoors and outside were great. We loved the piano, which was in tune, for our sing alongs. And the large deck outside was wonderful for enjoying morning coffee and bird watching on the river. The water supply is from a well so bring bottled water for drinking and coffee making if you don‘t like the heavy iron taste of well water. Make sure to catch sunset over the river.”

“This Cozy Cottage was the perfect place to stay near Peoria. I was in the area for a conference at the Peoria Civic Center and was glad I was able to save on money by not staying in a hotel. The property is only a short 15 minute drive to downtown. The home was very clean and well decorated.”
