“The listing is accurate and was a good place to stay. Roomy and high ceilings, so it was comfortable for a group of 10.”

“We were in Washington for a wrestling camp with a group. This house had it all. Enough comfortable beds for multiple people and 2 showers to accommodate stinky kids . We were able to walk a couple blocks and have access to the square (restaurants, shopping and a local grocery). Overall a great experience and we hope to rebook for next years camp! Thanks ”

“The house is at the end of a dead end road. Very easy to find. The house was very clean, had plenty of room. Carissa responded quickly to any questions I had. If we are in the area again I would definitely stay again. ”

“The property was clean, the neighborhood is cute and quiet! This was a perfect stay for us while in town for a dance competition. You have to try Jimbos Jumbos a the pizza was delicious! ”

“We enjoyed the proximity to the coffee shops, the local shopping and restaurants! The place was very neat and tidy, although small it is very nicely decorated. I would recommend this house to others. The only thing I would say needed to be improved upon is the sheer curtain over the front door didn’t provide much privacy so we put a sheet over it”

“This house was the perfect location for our family to stay when we came back to town for a family funeral. The house was so cute and comfortable. We enjoyed the fire pit and nature around us as well. There were plenty of beds for everyone. I would highly recommend this property for a quiet getaway.”

“Overall stay was great. Checkin process was seamless with no issues! I’ve booked with this host multiple times, different houses & both the houses and host were great. House was nice, comfortable, & clean when arrived. Only thing is I could not figure out the AC/Heat system & there was no dustpan with the broom. They have a nice basement area & sleeping space. Definitely recommend to book with this host!”

“We had a lovely time on this property. The location was great and we enjoyed the beautiful weather on the back porch. The kitchen was decently equiped and the whole house was clean. We would stay there again!”

“Lovely setting overlooking the Illinois river. Plenty of beds, bathrooms, and seating for our family reunion. The fireplaces indoors and outside were great. We loved the piano, which was in tune, for our sing alongs. And the large deck outside was wonderful for enjoying morning coffee and bird watching on the river. The water supply is from a well so bring bottled water for drinking and coffee making if you don‘t like the heavy iron taste of well water. Make sure to catch sunset over the river.”

“This Cozy Cottage was the perfect place to stay near Peoria. I was in the area for a conference at the Peoria Civic Center and was glad I was able to save on money by not staying in a hotel. The property is only a short 15 minute drive to downtown. The home was very clean and well decorated.”
