“Great place for our girls’ trip! The Farm House was clean with plenty of room to spread out or be together. ”

“We come every year in September and stay at this house this year we came in September and December. Only real complaint we have is the quality and amount of toilet paper that is provided. We usually bring our own or have to go buy some and that shouldn't be a thing. ”

“First, finding the house was a bit of a challenge. It's a bit hidden from the main road and not all map programs seemed to know where to go. The host is trying to get that corrected. The online photos did make the rooms look a bit larger than they actually were, AND we old folks with bad knees found the stairs to the bedrooms a bit challenging, but other than that, it was the perfect headquarters for a long overdue family reunion. The host was amazing, responding instantly every time I called……

“Clean, quiet, peaceful, cozy, great location for Northland access directly off 435 and Skyview. Tiffany Springs shopping is a straight shot from this location. Barry Rd and Zona Rosa are minutes away. Grill and full size washer/dryer access were super convenient. ”

“I live in a noisy city and neighbourhood, so it was nice to stay at a place in a small town without homes close to each other where we could unwind after spending the day out and about. Access was easy, the beds were comfortable, and we had no issues making it a temporary home. Cute place. ”

“Centrally located. House is spacious, very clean, very well stocked with all your needs. Sponsors are very attentive and respond quickly to all visitor inquiries. Whenever we are back in Kansas City this is the only place we would stay.”

“Super clean. Well maintained. Host was quick with the responses. One suggestion, however. The room with the bunks had the vent underneath the beds making that room quite stuffy. Could use a ceiling fan. Otherwise, buy a cheap fan from Walmart to circulate the air. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!”
