“Considering this hotel is quite new- I figured the staff would be on their toes regarding the service to all customers. I booked an executive room with a king-size bed, but upon reaching my room, I was exposed to two twin-size beds suitable for children. 有點意外的不好經驗

"不知道是什麼問題，我凌晨將近2點到飯店check in結果說「房間還沒好還要等10分鐘！！！」不是很能理解房間不是應該早就準備好了才對嗎？服務員堅持幫我把行李送到房間，因為真的太累了也沒注意，服務員走了之後梳洗整理一下直接睡覺，早上起床要出門吃早餐才發現服務員插在卡槽上的是一張紙！我根本沒有房卡！！！後來還要下樓去櫃檯要房卡😰。很訝異這是Holiday Inn會有的服務～"
