“This is the second year my closest friends and I gather at The Yellow Rose in Shulenburg, and I can't say enough about how WONDERFUL the entire trip went. The rooms are huge, there's plenty of beds and even extra space if we needed (we don't, but it's nice to have the room). We stayed in the beautiful pool enjoying the scenery most of the day. We are already planning on returning next year!! We were all wondering if the cake would be there again, and we got in to a debate about which one was……

“Incredible work of art, lovingly restored. Top notch furnishings and appliances, nostalgic decoration throughout. Enjoyed the juke box, the back yard, firepit and grill. Great stay!”

We all enjoyed spending time out on the porch just enjoying nature and family time. This place is so nice and clean and our host was very courteous and friendly. “This spacious modernized historic home has a modern kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and a lovely backyard. It’s literally a block from downtown Gonzales. We didn’t use the pool because it’s March, but it looked very inviting. I highly recommend this place if you are coming to Gonzales.”
