“About 45 mins travelling by cars to nearest place. Not easy to access by public transport. Nice staff and excellent onsen facilities. View was excellent ”

“A poor maintained onsen hotel! No towel and locker available in the onsen, need to bring along everything from the room! The room itself is very old and poor maintained; the dining which is just fair, don’t expect that as same kind of Food and beverage to a graded resort; fortunately a Taiwanese lady serving down there with excellent service to pull the satisfaction up a bit! ”

“浴場大，夜餐及早餐有一流既服務及質素。 但浴場設施有點舊。 私人溫泉放水好慢每10分鐘要按一次放水制，3-4次後先用得。每次要等10分鐘。不過都值得一去”

“I came to shiga kogen for skiing. The hotel location is excellent. You can have either 3 mins driving to Yokoteyama ski area or 5 mins driving to central area. Other than the location, all staff are very polite, patient and helpful. Some of the staff are able to communicate in English and Cantonese fluently.
