“Very clean and nice beds they were very comfortable. Plenty of pillows. The room was clean needed a few maintenance things done which was minor. Definitely very nice for the price. The showers were nice and hot and plenty of pressure. The breakfast lacked it was blah. They only had one toaster.French toast stix were steamed to keep warm which made them soggy.But all on all it was a great stay and would stay again just skip the breakfast.”

“While check in host and facility were very nice, it was surprising and very inconvenient to learn the airport shuttle did NOT run for early morning flights. There was NO indication of this on the web site, and that service was one of the key factors in my choosing this property over others. “My experience was overall very good. However, the first room I was sent to was not cleaned & appeared to be still occupied, all though no one was in it at the time. I went back to the desk and was assigned to a different room that was completely clean and ready for occupancy. All the staff were exceptional. And, the transportation to and from the airport was easy and seamless.”

“The hotel is beautiful. The ladies at the front counter are friendly, cheerful, & helpful. The room was clean. My only issue is we booked a room for 3 people & we only had towels for 2. We went to the front counter & the staff was very apologetic but said they were completely out of towels due to hotel being fully booked. She gave us extra hand towels in hopes we could make them work all while continuing to apologize. It was hard to be upset because we could tell she was sincere. ”

“We booked this hotel as it was affordable and a 15-min drive from Newport on the Levee. All the staff members were super friendly and helpful. Lobby area is large and open. Room was clean and comfortable, and the first hotel I've stayed in that offered Dove soap products instead of the usual cheap stuff that leaves your hands feeling weird afterwards. Something to note though is that there is no elevator, so if you have trouble with stairs, you'll want to request a room on the main floor.……
