We absolutely loved the location- close enough to visit Zion, Bryce, Lake Powell, Red Canyon state park, and Coral Pink Sand Dunes state park. Also just wuick drive to a grocery store and a yummy food truck. The cabin itself was also perfect for what we needed. Clean, comfy beds and linens, washer and dryer plus great small kitchen for coffee and a full size fridge to store beverages. It even had laundry detergent……

The cabin was extremely clean and everything was very well maintained. The only thing that was unexpected was that the cabin is on a busy main road. There was some road noise. “My wife and I chose this place because it is in between Zion and Bryce Canyon (and it has a hot tub!). You are very close to the East entrance of Zion, which makes for a beautiful drive as you make it to the visitor center near the South entrance. We spent 3 days at Zion and hiked the Narrows (rented gear in Springdale the day before - very easy). The place comes with a super friendly welcome guide that you download to your phone.
