“We absolutely loved this house. Felt right at home. Enjoyed sitting on the back porch and watching the birds and squirrels. We had a bald eagle fly by one morning and watched several hawks grab fish from the lake. We will definitely come back here!!! ”

“This property was one of the nicest, cleanest, and best homes I have stayed in. The property owner was beyond helpful and so friendly throughout the entire process of checking in and checking out. The property has absolutely everything you may need and is incredibly clean. The beds are also extremely comfy with all sheets and towels being very soft. The area was also excellent with some amazing restaurants within walking distance. Would highly recommend and will be staying again if ever in……

“VRBO‘s are tricky as you never know exactly what you’re going to get. Our host was nice and communicative.The pictures on the VRBO site need to be updated, as what is depicted is not what is actual. Check-in is at 2 PM at this property and we did get there right at 2 PM. We waited about 25 to 30 minutes in our car because the accommodations were not ready. Walking into the property be careful the stairs at the entrance are not level with the actual tiny home, speaking of stairs, the ones going……

“My two friends and I had an amazing and relaxing weekend at the Last Cove Lodge. Special shout out to the heated toilet seat in the primary bed bathroom and the hanging day bed on the lower deck. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook ourselves every meal and was decorated beautifully. We highly recommend this location for a girls trip! ”

“This is a nice cozy home and would stay again in a heartbeat! It is very convenient to Uptown Charlotte and minutes away from just about everything. From the outside you'd think the home is small, but walking in, there is a huge vaulted ceiling looking looking directly into an open kitchen with a very nice island. If you have the chance, give this place a stay! ”

“We were looking for a lakefront vacation spot near our daughter and other family who live in around the Charlotte area. This was perfect! The beach, dock. kayaks and paddleboard, and outdoor area in general provided fun for all! The cozy cabin was clean and offered all the creature comforts we needed. We found everything to be as stated in the listing and would definitely stay here again! Though we didn't need anything from the host, Scott was easy to work with and friendly! Thank you! ”
