“This property is awesome. It was our second time here and it was just as great as the first time a few years ago. The depot has everything one would need. It is well appointed, clean and close to so many parks and nature preserves, which is what we love about the Guttenburg area.The depot has 3 TVs and soon, will have a 4th in the patio area. “We had a nice time at this property for a long weekend. Plenty of space to hang out and sleep. We enjoyed shop area with all the games and outdoor space. ”

“House is very well appointed, found everything in tip-top shape. Very clean upon arrival. Kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. Coffee/tea and many small things that can help make the stay more enjoyable without first going to the super market were provided (paper towels, cleaning utensils etc.). View from kitchen, dining room or the comfortable recliner chairs in the sitting area is simply wonderful. Prairie du Chien with grocery stores/Walmart/restaurants is about a 20……

“Great space for our large group and well stocked with kitchen items, bedding and towels. I have given it 4 stars because the driveway, sidewalks and porch were not shoveled when we arrived. A good few inches of snow came in a day before we arrived so I feel like it should have been done. We couldn’t find a shovel so we had to use a dust pan to make a path out the front of the house otherwise we would’ve tracked an insane amount of snow into the home. “We had an absolutely wonderful weekend at the cabin and enjoyed hiking the property. Luke's hill is a butt buster! We loved the fact that we could bring our dog and that there was no cell service or internet. Just family time and quietness. ”

“I lead a young adult retreat for our church (24 people). Had a wonderful time, beautiful lodges, great scenery, and tons of stuff to do at the Lodge. Check-in and out was easy, good communication, and place was clean and easy to use. We had a wonderful time!”

“Our family found our stay to be nearly perfect. The space of the house was perfect, the views stunning, and the proximity to Cassville and the state park ideal. The grill wasn't operable, which was unfortunate as it would have been the easiest way to feed a group. During off season, in particular, there are not a lot of restaurants nearby. Overall, we loved it and would definitely recommend.”
