“This charming home was perfect for our 4 couples to stay in. We were in town for a wedding and it was incredibly spacious and accommodating for our needs. Absolutely love the large porches and close proximity to downtown. The host was very quick to answer any questions that I had. Highly recommend!”

“The beach house is very well maintained and appointed, with a well equipped kitchen and attention to detail in every piece of the decor. The deck is large and invites you to lounge and eat al fresco, unless you are drawn to the beach which is only a couple steps away. We had an amazing time as a family. We can’t wait to come back!”

“Other than some minor things this house was great. We didn’t have time to get to the beach and thought it would be closer, but that’s ok! Owner was super responsive and the house was accommodating. Next time we are booing for a wedding I will have to think more about bathroom space. Being close to Walmart was super convent! ”

“We had a great time in the Swan House. The interior design is beautiful, and all the little things that really matter are done well. Nice linens, good mattresses, great kitchen and bathrooms, plus things not all VRBO owners provide, including toiletries, charging stations next to each bed, extra fans and the like.The neighborhood is transitional, which is common in the Charleston area given high real estate costs closer to the main attractions of the historic district. “Pleasant stay at this cozy apt. The location about 10minute walk to the waterfront, shopping on King St and dining . Small kitchen with all the appliances needed to make a small meal. Steps to the bedroom so wouldn’t suggest for small kids or elderly. WiFi is lagging but they do have 2 TVs. Enjoyable stay”

“This property is an excellent location - walking distance to so many things - very safe neighborhood for a group of ladies. The house is very cool - lots of sitting areas - love the outdoor porches for morning coffee and a glass of wine in the afternoon. Excellent beds and linens. Modernized kitchen and bathrooms - plenty of glassware and dishes. Great communication with the host. A local market very close by to get basic essentials for your stay.
